Extraordinary Circumstances Declared

Duluth, GA- October 7, 2016 – Please be advised the following Georgia 811 members have invoked the use of Positive Response Code 3J (Extraordinary Circumstances) across their service area/areas effective immediately.

  • Excelsior EMC (EXC70 – Bulloch County, Bryan County, Candler County, Effingham County, Emanuel County, Evans County, Jenkins County, and Tattnall County) effective Friday, October 7, 2016 at 12:00pm until Monday, October 17, 2016 at 8:00am.
  • City of Garden City (GAR50 & GAR51 – Chatham County) effective Friday, October 7, 2016 at 12:00pm until Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 8:00am.
  • Consolidated Utilities (CUI01 & CUI02 – Effingham County and Chatham County) effective Friday, October 7, 2016 until Friday, October 14, 2016.
