Duluth, GA – April 27, 2017 – Georgia 811 will be conducting scheduled server maintenance during a two hour period on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. During this time the Contact Center will be unavailable to accept damage and emergency notices.
Additional services that will not be available during this time include Positive Response Information System (PRIS) via the phone.
All Georgia 811 web services will be available which includes EDEN, eRequest and PRIS.
In the event of a utility damage or emergency please contact the affected utility directly during this time, and then call Georgia 811 once the maintenance has been completed.
