Duluth, GA – February 4, 2020 – Please be advised the following Georgia 811 members have invoked the use of Positive Response Code 3J (Extraordinary Circumstances) across their service area/areas effective immediately.

  • Little Ocmulgee EMC (LOC70 – Laurens, Montgomery, Dodge, Telfair, Wheeler) effective Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 9:00am until Friday, February 7, 2020 at 5:00pm.
