As a Georgia 811 member, it is your responsibility to maintain your Service Area Map by adding new grids or deleting unnecessary ones. This needs to be done any time there is a change to your Service Area(s). We also suggest you review your Service Areas at least annually to ensure the most up to date information is provided.

To do so, you will need a EDEN Web Account. If you already have a web account, you may access this feature by logging in below. If you need assistance with this process, please contact the Customer Connections Department (previously known as Member Services).

New Member Mapping

As a new Georgia 811 member, you will need to map your service area. This allows us to keep record of the areas in which you operate so we can accurately disseminate locate requests.
