Georgia 811 announces the availability of a new version of the Georgia 811 mobile app. Users will notice several improvements to both design and functionality. Check out the information below for lists of features and access information.
Current users can use their existing Georgia 811 portal login username and password.
Members who do not currently have access to respond to tickets may contact Member Services at MemberServices@Georgia811.com or 770-623-5786 to request credentials linked to their service area codes.
Excavators can use the app without a login to view positive response information at any time with their ticket number. (Checking that all affected utilities have responded to a ticket with a marked, clear, or no conflict code prior to beginning excavation is a known way to reduce damages to facilities.) Excavators who are interested in creating tickets online and tracking tickets via the mobile app may sign up for training here.
