Use the form to request a search for ticket information. Please note that there may be a cost associated with your request, which will be determined based on the scope of the inquiry. Any applicable fee will be billed in advance and is non-refundable. Once we receive the completed form, a Member Services representative will follow up with you.

Ticket Data Release Policy
Ticket data may only be released to the requester if they meet one of the following criteria:
  • They are listed on the ticket as a:
  • Member
  • Excavator
  • Sub-Contractor
  • They are the landowner or homeowner where the ticket work is taking place
  • They are approved to act on behalf of any party listed on the ticket (a fully executed document substantiating this authorization must be provided)
  • A subpoena or court order is presented
  • Already Have Your Ticket Number?
    If you know your ticket number, you may check the status and print a free copy by selecting the “View Ticket Responses (PRIS)” option using our Online Ticketing System or view the ticket using the Georgia 811 Mobile App.
