We are aware that Georgia 811’s ticketing system, GeoCall, was experiencing technical issues earlier this morning from 3:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. due to an issue with Microsoft Azure.
Currently eRequest and GeoCall are functioning, but users may experience systems working slower than normal.
We anticipate systems being down from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. this evening, Saturday, September 16, as we work to restore all systems to full capacity. If the time frame is altered, we will update this announcement.
