Beginning January 1, 2026, members who have PRIS Code 3N listed as their response on a locate request as of midnight on the Respond By date will receive a 3N Late Notice and an associated transmission fee, mirroring the existing Late Notice process. We encourage all members to monitor their ticket response performance using the free ThoughtSpot member reporting tool, which provides detailed data on response codes, late notices, and trends. If you need access or assistance, please contact Member Services or your local liaison.
