| January 10th Winter Storm Due to impacts from the recent winter storm on January 10th, many Georgia 811 members will not be able to promptly reply to incoming tickets and have declared Extraordinary Circumstances. These members will respond to tickets with 3J codes and update their PRIS responses when the Extraordinary Circumstances have ended. You can read more about Extraordinary Circumstances here.
