Some Callers Receiving Busy Signal When Calling 811

Update 7/7/2025 at 9:30am: The issue has been resolved.

We are aware that some callers who have AT&T as their service provider may experience a busy signal when calling in to Georgia 811 and we are working to determine the cause of the problem.

Homeowners may enter an eRequest online. Excavators may also go online to submit a single-address eRequest, or if they have a username and password, they are encouraged to submit an online ticket here.

We will update this page when the issue has been resolved.
